About Me
My home base has always been the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
I attended Western Washington University in Bellingham where I received a
Bachelor of Science degree in Pre Physical Therapy and worked as the
Excursions Coordinator for the University's Outdoor Center. Since graduating I attended the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy (CRSMT), established a massage therapy business in Newport, OR, and am working seasonally with Integral Travel as an Assistant Regional Director of Thai Yoga Massage Retreats in various locations of Southeast Asia. Helping to facilitate these journeys has rewarded me with an ideal balance of community; both at home and in the many beautiful locations that I am blessed to visit while learning the art of Thai Yoga Massage.
