Ebb & Flow Massage is an individually owned massage practice based in Newport, Oregon.  My office is located centrally in Nye Beach, walking distance from hotels, shopping and the oceanfront.  Whether you are a resident of this beautiful community or a welcomed visitor, I would like to extend a warm greeting to you. 

The massage therapy services I offer are comprised of both relaxing and therapeutic massage technique.  My training consists of Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release and Thai Yoga Massage.  Each session focuses on creating a relaxed and restorative treatment that promotes alignment, balance and the ability to function free of pain and restriction.  Through massage, I attempt to facilitate an overall well being through stress relief, decreased muscle tension and increased body awareness.
